Product usage of BD101 abrasion high temperature resistant epoxy compound casting defect
metal repair agent:
BD101 high temperature casting defect metal repair epoxy compound is the high performance polymeric metal material
which compounded by various alloy material and modified toughening heat resistant resin.Used in filling various casting
defect which doesn’t have high surface color requirements.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do the coarsening treatment on the pending-repair surface,and clean it by cleaning agent.

2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=2:1 or volume ratio A:B=2:1, make A and B two components
mix uniformly,then use it up within specified operation time limit.

3.Coating: Make the mixed-up material be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,
the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.If the following working procedure
needs machining,should keep out appropriate machining allowance

4.Curing: Cure for 8 hours at the temperature of 25～30℃ before doing machining, cure for 18 hours before putting it into use,if the temperature is low,should heat it up
or prolong curing time to promote the curing.

Transportation and storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 24 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to
do the pretest according to actual working condition

2.When the environment temperature is below 15℃,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure

3.When the environment temperature is more than 25℃ or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,
should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.
